The WWGCSA Fivesome Tournament is the association’s premier fundraising event. Money raised enhances educational value to our members, supports industry research and provides scholarships for future turf management professionals. Traditional 5-man teams are comprised of each club’s top officials and decision makers.
The event’s planning committee would like to extend the invitation to any Assistant Superintendents that are interested in volunteering at the event. Volunteers would assist with set-up, registration and other tasks associated with making the event run as smoothly as possible. After the shotgun starts, volunteers are encouraged to visit with tee sponsors and mingle with participants. At the finish of the tournament, volunteers are invited to attend the dinner and auction.
All volunteers will receive GCSAA Service Points, as well as some “swag” to wear at the event. This is a great opportunity to network at a fun event! We hope to see you there.
